Returns Policy
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. If the return is due to our mistake (for example, you received the wrong or a damaged item), we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are usually processed faster, but please allow up to four weeks from the day you send the package back. This includes:

5–10 business days for the package to reach us,

3–5 business days for us to process your return, and

5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product. We’ll respond quickly with return instructions.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
When you place an order, we’ll provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on product availability and the shipping option you select. These estimates will appear on the shipping quote page depending on the carrier you choose.
Shipping costs are usually based on weight. The item’s weight can be found on its product page. In line with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
